I recently worked with Sheldon, Leo, Adam, Matt and the rest of the SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team on a large loss equipment fire at a distribution center in Indianapolis. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional to work with. The initial water from the sprinkler system was extracted and business operations were back running in two days. The team stayed another week to dry the walls, clean up soot and smoke residue, and mitigate lingering odors. I was very happy to have their help and would recommend them for any commercial restoration project. 

The team was professional, respectful of our home, and made sure we were pleased with the job!

My basement was flooded horribly and SERVPRO was super easy to contact and were out to my house immediately. They did an awesome job and were able to save all of our furniture and drywall. They truly are top notch! I recommend this company for any services you may need that they provide!

Fantastic professional service! The owner herself answered the phone and quickly answered my questions. I appreciated how quickly they sent their expert team out. They handled everything! Even billing my insurance directly. They took care of the move out, content restoration, water removal, dehumidification, and mold removal. It's like new, just like they promised. My allergies would know if there was any remaining mold, so I was glad to have it taken care of by experts. My insurance took care of the tab, so they must have been smooth with the billing. Anyway, I would definitely use them again. Let's hope I don't need to though. 

I admire the efficiency and commitment this branch of SERVPRO has! Their team traveled all the way out to Florida to help families after the destruction from the hurricane this fall. Their team efficiently and quickly handled over a dozen ruined homes in order to get those families back on their feet. As a property manager and home owner, I can appreciate their work ethic as well as their compassion for clients who are displaced. As for service, their team immediately responds to all my calls and is very thorough in covering their estimates. From the work I have seen them do, they have always left the site clean and ready for the next step in rebuilding or moving back in. What more could I ask? I will definitely be calling with any future fire or flood damage.
